A London Love Story in a Bookshop

In a cozy bookshop in London, worked Emily. She loved the smell of old books and the quiet whispers of readers. Every afternoon, a young man named Tom came in. He always bought a new novel and a cup of tea. Emily found him very charming, but she was shy.

One day, Tom left his umbrella. Emily found it and saw that it was a beautiful, old-fashioned one. The next day, when Tom arrived, she returned his umbrella. “That’s my favorite umbrella!” he said with a warm smile. Emily smiled too. “I found it!” she replied. They talked for a long time about books and life in London.

They often met in the bookshop. Sometimes, after work, they walked together. They visited museums and parks. London became a city of love for them. One evening, under the twinkling lights of Tower Bridge, Tom asked: “Emily, would you be my girlfriend?” Emily immediately said “Yes!”. They were very happy. Their little London love story had just begun.
