Lingua Bites

Liam is 20 years old. He lives in a small town. He works in a café. He makes coffee and sandwiches. But Liam wants something new. He wants a better job.

One day, he sees a sign. It says, “Help wanted at the pet shop.” Liam loves animals. He goes inside and talks to the owner. The owner is a kind woman. Her name is Anna.

“Do you like animals?” Anna asks.

“Yes, I love dogs and cats!” Liam says.

Anna smiles. “You can start tomorrow.”

One week later, Liam gets a uniform. It has his name on it. He feels proud.

Now, Liam wakes up early. He goes to the pet shop every day. He is tired sometimes, but he likes his job. It is fun and interesting. He loves the animals. He likes to talk to people too.

Liam is not working in the café now. He is working with animals, and he is smiling every day.
